The towns are five high-end, customizable homes located beside Little Italy and Dow’s Lake. Prior to the official launch, custom invitations were couriered to a select list of potential buyers to view the 2600+ square foot towns during construction, and to meet one-on-one to show how the space can be personally customized. Once at the viewing, potential buyers were given a high-end dossier containing property details and floorplans to take home.
