TheGreenestWorkforce is an industry-wide recruitment effort with the goal of hiring 60,000 new workers in the Canadian forest products industry. The campaign uses online and print materials to attract workers in a variety of fields including Administration, Sciences and Engineering, Skilled Trades, Mill Operations, and Woodlands. The campaign targets a number of audiences, with special attention focused on women, Gen-X, millennials and aboriginal workers.
